I work in an IT Support department where I handle a multitude of cases. I am often scheduling call back appointments to troubleshoot with my clients. I needed a program that I could quickly schedule multiple reminders to insure that I did not miss an appointment. I tried a few programs and was not impressed. They either did not allow multiple alarms, or it took too long to set an alarm. Then I tried Kirby Alarm and I was immediately impressed. Kirby Alarm makes it quick and easy to schedule an alarm, it is reliable, and it works very well with Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista Business Edition. I have been using it for about a month and a half and have not had one issue with it. On another note, I also like how fast Ian, the creator of Kirby, responded with my registration code.
