Kirby Alarm - Back up of Kirby footy files?

Hi Ian
How do i make kirby alarm back up the tps and ini files in kirby footy, say every tuesday morning at 9am?

Select a weekly recurring alarm that will excute a program at 9am mondays.
In the program section enter
copy <source> <destination>
eg copy "c:program fileskirby footy tipping 2005*.tps" c:ackup
 
The other thing I did so I have a remote backup is to email the data files.
