1.   Exit Kirby Alarm by right clicking on the KA icon and selecting "exit"
2.   Run task manager to check if Kirbyalarmpro.exe is still running.
- right click on the task tray and select Task manager.
- select start task manager
- Click on the Process tab
- Click on the Image Name column to sort them alphabetically
- If Kirby Alarm is still running then click on the End Process button and kill it

3.   Start windows explorer
- Enter ‘alarms.tps’ into the search window (alarms.tps is one the data file the alarms are stored in)
- Delete whatever FOLDERS the file is found it

4.   Finally remove any shortcuts in the start up section of the start menu to kirby alarm that may have been left behind

5.   Reboot your computer

6.   If all ok reinstall kirby alarm.
- Please note I suggest installing kirby alarm into the root of c: drive (eg c:\Kirby Alarm Pro) rather than the “program folders”
- The reason is that windows vista and up create  separate program folders for each user.  This can make it difficult to find the program etc
