I tried and tried but could not get Kirby Footy to SEND the tips via hotmail.
I could however get it to READ the tips.
The settings are in the screen shot below.
So, as a work around to SEND the tips I suggest you sign up for a free smtp account with MailJet.
They will allow you to send up to 6000 emails per month for free.

That way you can send the tips (using kirby footy and mailjet) and get them sent to you hotmail account.
Using the above settings you can then get kirby footy to directly read and enter the tips.
