In order for Kirby Footy to read the email, they need to be sitting on the email server.
By default a lot of email programs (outlook, thunderbird etc) automatically delete the email from the server as soon as it has been downloaded to your computer.

This is easy to fix though.
Just change the advanced settings in Outlook (or your email program) to leave the messages on the server for say 10 days.

I have attached a few screen shots of how to do this in Outlook and Thunderbird.
I'm sure other programs would have similar options in the account settings somewhere.
