Dismiss alarm via hot key?

Is there a way to do this. I know about the hot key section but this option is not here. I would like to be able to change the hot key functions so that the space bar can be used to dismiss the alarm instead of snoozing it.

Unfortunately you cannot assign a hot key, but there maybe another way around it.

Why not try setting the default focus for pop up notes to the "dismiss button".
That way when you press the space bar bar the dismiss button will be pressed.

You can set the default focus in the preferences screen.
