Not every music/song can be played

Hi,

I'm currently using the trial alarm and so far it's the best alarm clock program I've seen. Just one little problem which is most likely not the program's fault: I can't use every song/sound file as my sound alarm. Some work some don't, they have the formats .mp3 and I think it's a codec problem.
I've had this same problem with, so far, all alarm clock programs. I'm using K-Lite codec pack and noticed that those that do play, use the ffdshow audio decoder(seen in tray).
All these songs play fine in windows media player and others.

So could you help me fix it so I can use any song as my sound alarm?

Little compatibility bug found: the help file isn't supported in vista.

Unfortunately I do not not know what the problem is with the sound files. I suspect you are correct about the codec's but I do not know how to fix this. Sorry.
I guess the workaround answer would be to convert the sound file into another format and try that.

Now, regarding the help file...
WinHlp32.exe is required to display 32-bit Help files that have the ".hlp" file name extension.
To view .hlp files on Windows Vista, you need to install this application.
