First, thank you for all you have done with this program.? In the 21 years I've had a PC this is the 2nd "free" program I've found truly worth buying the upgrade to.

I'm not sure if this started with my upgrade to Pro, but I've noticed lately when I shut down my system (XP sp2) it hangs with an error message before finally turning off.? The message is:

Kirby Alarm Pro
The Instruction at 004E7602
referenced at MEM 0x0000
could not be read

Any insights to this would be appreciated

Hi Bob

Sorry but I do not have any insight at all into what is causing the problem.

A while ago someone else reported a similar problem (see
Updating to version 4.45 seemed to do the trick, but since that was a long time ago you are probably already using v4.45.

The problem seems to be very isolated as only yourself and the two people in the above mentioned forum post have reported a problem.

Kind regards
