where do i find the program selecton list?

There is no program selection list.
You enter the path and program you want to run.

If you set the alarm action to "Run Program" then you will be able to enter the program path (eg:c:windows
otepad.exe) and the working directory.

In Kirby Alarm Pro opening documents (or any other file that has a windows association set up for it eg myvideo.avi, or myspreadsheet.xls) is even easier because you don't need to enter the program and path, just the name of the file to open.
