Hi,  Just started using Kirby Alarm 4.42 and this morning I got the following error message: EXE. Batch File or PIF File not found: Kirby Utils.exe "C:Program FilesKirby Alarm Prokirby19.xml"

Not sure what all that means other than it seems that I have a missing file.  Anyone know of a fix? (please)

Hi,
This is very unusual. It sounds like kirby alarm could not find the kirbyutils.exe program that is used to run some of internal commands in kirby.

I think the easiest way to fix it it to reinstall Kirby Alarm Pro. That way the missing components will be recreated.
Don't forget to exit kirby alarm BEFORE reinstalling.
Providing you install it to the same folder as before (it should come as default) then you won't lose any alarms or anything.

The other thing to check is to ensure you have sufficient rights to add/modify/delete files from the kirby alarm folder.

Are you using a GENIUNE copy of kirby alarm? (I don't want to cause concern, but I have heard of some pirated ones floating around and goodness knows what they are doing.)

If you still get stuck please don't hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards
Ian
