I just purchased this program, installed it but now am unable to get into to enter the registration number. The error says at top 'kirbyalarmpro.exe kirbyalarmpro.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' I use Windows XP - the 'free' version was working fine except for when it would disappear. any ideas?

Are you sure kirby alarm pro is not already running?
There should be a small blue and white "KA: icon in the task tray near the clock.
Double click on the icon the restore the main screen. Or you can right click an select various options.
If you cannot see it then can you please double check using task manager.
To access task manager right click on the task tray and select "task Manager"
Then click on the process tab at the top, then click on the "Image Name" heading to sort them into order.
Is kirbyalarmpro.exe there?
Their is a problem if you try to start two copies of kirby alarm pro.
I am working on the problem and will try and resolve it in the next couple of days.
For the time being, could you please just check for me if kirbyalarmpro.exe is already running.

Upsate: I have found out the cause of the problem regarding the windows error message if a second copy of kirby alarm is started.
I will test it for a few more days and will release a new version soon.
