File not Found

I get this error with every program i have tried running. I am running off of a remote server. I am sure the path and filename are correct, and the programs all run ok with Windows task scheduler.

Is the error coming up when Kirby Alarm tries to execute a program?
If so I wonder if you need to put in quotes around the program name.
The quotes are especially required whenever the path name has any spaces in it.
 
If this does not solve the problem could you please send me a screen dump of the alarm setting.
