invalid code

I have repeatedly entered the registration code exactly as it appears but it repeatedly pops up a message saying the code is invalid. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi,
I tried the code that was sent to you on the 22 May 2004 and it worked ok for me.
Are you sure you entered the name "Orianna" and the rego code exactly?

Hi again, I tried a couple more times doing exactly as shown, which simply involved clicking on the Registration key across the top of the screen, entered my name and the code number exactly, hitting ok, and still kept getting the invalid code error. But I did explore and manually entered it as suggested and it works now. I have no clue why it wouldn't work either...just a fluke I guess :? ..hehe..but I'm up and running. Love it by the way, better than ones I've used before.
