I use windows 10 File History to backup my files.  Periodically I like to go into Control Panel and click File History to display the status of File History.  I wanted Kirby Alarm to do this for me every Wednesday so here are the parameters:

Run Program
Program:           C:\Windows\system32\control.exe
Command line:    /name Microsoft.FileHistory

Excellent tip.
Thanks Rockfox!

While we are at it, I use the following command to stop Outlook from running before doing a back up.
Otherwise the outlook data pst files are open and not backed up.

Run Program
Program:            taskkill
Command line:     /f /im outlook.exe

Right you are Ian.  I checked my File History and sure enough my backups of outlook.pst have been sporadic.  Thanks for the tip.
