Hi Ian,

Besides the already available #MemberName# and #RoundNumber# fields are there any others?

I see the Open/Close Round pop up has the date and time of the first game of the round. I send an email to my tippers that goes something like....

Hi  #MemberName#,  The link to submit your tips for  Round #RoundNumber# is now active.

and I'd like to add something like ....

You must submit your tips by #GameTime#  #GameDate#.

Thanks

P.S.

While looking into this I noticed the closing time says game starts at 4:00PM  EST but it actually starts at 3.00PM EST

Hi Dan

Great suggestion. I will make the change this weekend.

Regarding the starting time of the first game this week.
I cannot remember where I got the fixtures from, but it would seem I am not alone
The Daily Telegraph and Fox Sport also reports the game as 4pm.

It is very easy to change though.
Just click on the fixture icon in the top menu bar.

Thanks Ian,

I did not know I have the ability to amend game info. An easy fix. I guess once NSW reverts back to QLD time it won't matter.

Hi Dan

I have just uploaded a new version of the program to add the extra merge fields.

For instruction on how to update see http://www.kirbyfooty.com/forum/index.php?topic=703.0

The merge fields are..

  Current round number: #RoundNumber#
  First name:                #MemberFirstName#
  Game date:                #Game1Date#
  Game time:                #Game1Time#
  Last on ladder:           #LastOnLadder#
  Tipper surname:          #MemberSurname#
  Top 5:                       #Top5OnLadder#
  Top of ladder:             #TopOnLadder#
  Tipper name:              #MemberName#

For example..

Quote
Please remember to get your tips in before #Game1Date# #Game1Time# EST.

The top five on the ladder are..

#Top5OnLadder#

At the bottom of the ladder is: #LastOnLadder#.

would become the following..

Quote
Please remember to get your tips in before Friday  1/04/2016   7:50PM EST.

The top five on the ladder are..

1st - Fred Flintstone (7)
2nd - Barney Rubble (7)
3rd - Betty Rubble (7)
4th - Bam Bam (6)
5th - Wilma Flintstone (6)

At the bottom of the ladder is: Sally.

That's fantastic Ian,

Used the new fields last night. A really useful addition.

Thanks
