Auto Increment Error

I've installed Kirby Alarm on a network workstation. During the installation, I selected "All users can use this program". When I log in to the workstation, Kirby Alarm works GREAT (for me)! When other users log in and try to use Kirby Alarm, they get the following error dialog box:
AUTO INCREMENT ERROR
Attempts to automatically number this record have failed.
FILE: ALARMS
ERROR: Access Denied (5)
Try Again?
 
Can you help solve this problem?

It sounds like they don't have sufficient access rights to the alarms data file (alarms.tps).
They should be allowed to read and write to all files in the program folder where you have installed kirby alarm to.
